Early in 2009 Ruda left Paris to travel north-west along the Marne, down the Moselle/Mosel and eventually to join the Rhine at Koblenz.
There she met a “helping” current of 14km/h, which made stopping a challenging manoeuvre. She did make it to the bank occasionally, and even got to moor beneath Frank Gehry’s ”New Zollhof” in the Media Harbour in Düsseldorf. The crew thoroughly enjoyed the very good pork, bread, beer and cakes.Language
