On the way back south from Oslo Ruda paused for a few idyllic autumnal, warm and sunny weeks in amongst the pink granite islands and skerries of the Bohuslän archipelago.
She sent out her tender to sail right around the Koster islands, and her inflatable canoe to nose into the nooks and crannies of the archipelago while she remained soundly attached to the rocks with mountaineering equipment; her keel well within the ‘uncharted’ waters of the 2m contour line.
