When the old boat festivals were over in the summer of 2004, Ruda made her way back up the beautiful Brittany coast before rounding the Cherbourg peninsular and settling into a winter berth in Caen in the land of cheese and cream. Spring 2005 saw her passing the famous limestone coast of Etretat, heading for The Somme.
